The Recruitment Apprentice will support the Rest of the World HR and Recruitment team in providing an efficient and streamlined service to the business with regards to all Recruitment related administrative tasks.

This role has a wide remit which includes input to all HR and Recruitment admin and is an important support role to the business. Effective administrative support is vital to the smooth running of the department.

Responsibilities
  • Completing applicant pre-screening & arranging interviews for hiring managers
  • Supporting on the creation of recruitment documentation and encouraging use of these across the business to meet compliance and attestation requirements as well as best practice
  • Supporting deployment and onboarding of new employees – in collaboration with the HR team
  • Ensuring that all information is recorded on the Application Tracking System, relevant HR system, Business Service teams (Marketing, IT, Finance, Risk, etc.), trackers and employee folders
  • Contribute to the maintenance of activity reports that accurately reflect the status of assignments / new starters / financials, etc.
  • Support and contribute to LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other employer brand activities
  • Assisting with project-based activities in line with team and business needs
  • Develop awareness and application of relevant legislation (employment and immigration) and data management
  • Contribute to People analytics and help to produce reports when required
  • Support the wider HR team as and when required
Skills / desired skills
  • Outstanding customer/client service skills or strong evidence of what this looks like and how to apply it at work.
  • IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
